Matala beach

Matala beach which extends over 300 metres, with light golden sand is one of the most famous beaches of Greece. On the right side of the beach are the famous imposing cliffs with the caves that hippies used as a shelter in the 1960s carved in the soft white limestone thousands of years ago.
